Structural Profile, 6061 Series
High-strength extruded aluminum profile designed for rigid assemblies, frames, and load-bearing industrial structures.
Masi offers standard and custom products in multiple alloys, including 6063, for automotive body parts, structural components, architectural products, industrial products, and tanker applications.
Billet extrusion is the process by which a solid aluminum cylinder —the billet— is heated to between 400°C and 500°C and forced through a die under hydraulic pressure. The result is a profile with the exact cross-section required, even for complex geometries.
We work with standard 6000-series alloys, primarily 6061 and 6063, which are suitable for structural, architectural, and industrial applications. Every profile is produced under strict dimensional control and to the tolerances defined for the project.
